True Beauty

Hi crafters, hope all is well with you all.

Today I am sharing a card made with the True Beauty bundle.

I used the True Beauty Stamp Set and Dies to create this card.  The base of the card is balmy blue which was layered with some basic white card stock and some of the Awash in Beauty DSP  I then layered that with some more basic white card stock balmy blue and basic white again, so may layers :-)

I then stamped the flower head with polished pink ink and the leaves with granny apple green ink.  The buds where stamped in balmy blue ink and all where then die cut with the coordinating dies, they were then popped up onto the final layer on the card front with foam pads.

I stamped the sentiment with memento black ink onto some basic white card and used the label me fancy punch to punch it out along with some balmy blue card stock to give it a layer.  I wrapped some white bakers twine behind the sentiment before mounting it on foam pads.

Finally I sprinkled some iridescent basic pearls to finish it off, the idea came from a card made by
Kylie Bertucci, I hope you like it, until next time Happy Stampin xx

Nature’s Prints

Hi crafters, I hope you are all well and doing ok.

I am back to share another quick card with you using the beautiful Sun Prints bundle.

For this card I used basic white card stock for the base and cut off an inch from the front panel.  I took some  of the gorgeous sun prints designer paper and cut an inch of that to line the inside edge of the card.

I stamped the large leaves on basic white card stock using starry sky in colour ink and die cut it out with the dies. I stamped the ferns onto the card front again with starry sky in colour ink and popped up the large leaves with some basic white twine behind it.

The sentiment was also stamped with starry sky in colour ink and I sprinkled some retried rhinestones in night of nay on the front.

Another simple but elegant card which i hope you like, until next time Happy Stampin xx

Framed Florets

Hi Crafter's I am back with another card to share, this time its a new set from the new mini catalogue called Framed Florets, I love this bundle as there are so many beautiful cards that can be made for the floral lover.

I used Basic white for the card base and stamped the flowers in memento black onto some more basic white card stock. I coloured the flowers with dark and light petal pink blends and the leaves where coloured parakeet party light and dark blends.

I then mounted the basic white onto some soft succulent card stock and then mounted that on to the card base.

I stamped some of the small flowers onto some basic white with memento black ink and coloured them also with light and dark petal pink blends.

I fussy cut them out rather than using the die as they would have had a bigger white border around them. I arranged them on top of the stamped images and finished them off with some basic rhinestone jewels which I coloured with the light petal pink blends.

The sentiment was stamped with memento black ink and of course some extra rhinestones were sprinkled on top to finish it all off.

I hope you like it, until next time, Happy Stampin xx

Cottage Rose

Hello and a Happy New Year to all my crafty friends out there.

I am back with a new start to a new year and today I am sharing with you a card I have made with some inspiration from Bibi Cameron using the Cottage Rose Stamp set.

I stamped the large flower from the stamp set in black memento ink on basic white card stock and coloured it using our blends light and dark petal pink and light and old olive, the flower was then cut out using the matching dies.

I cut a piece of basic white card stock to make a tent fold card and then cut the front panel at an angle.  I then placed the cut flower on the front leaving a gap and stuck it down. I then cut off the excess overhang so that the back and front matched up again leaving the gap in between.

I used the flower die to cut out a blank piece to put on the back of the flower to cover any bleed from the blender pens and for more security for the flower.

I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set in black memento ink and finished it off with some elegant faceted gems.

I hope you like it and I thank Bibi for the inspiration, until next time, happy stampin xx
