Hi Crafters, it’s been a while since I last did a post, but here it is hope you like it.
I decided to make a card using the new Honey Bee suite to send to a customer, which I think will be a favourite for most, as this bundle is so versatile and I love it.
I used Whisper White Thick Card for the base, and layered two different designs of the Golden Honey Speciality DSP onto Gold Foiled sheets. I used the Stitched Nested Labels to die cut a panel out of the gold foil sheet and a smaller one out of the thick whisper white which was layered onto the gold foil to give it a border whilst still being able to see the detailed stitching on both panels.
I then stamped Thank You on the white panel with Memento Black Ink that was die cut, I stamped the bee and flowers from the Honey Bee stamp set and die cut them from the Detailed Bee Dies. I coloured the body of the bee with Daffodil Delight Stampin Blend and also the flowers. Before layering my DSP onto the black DSP, I cut some very vanilla metallic edge ribbon and coloured it in with a basic black stamping blend leaving the edge gold.
I then put the card together and finished it off with a sprinkling of basic rhinestones.
