Mosaic Mood Speciality Designer Series Paper

Hi Crafters,

Hope you have had a good week.

Today I am showcasing a card I have made using one of the new Designer Series Paper stacks that everyone who attended Onstage came home with free and it will be featured in the new catalogue too.

You get 12 sheets in a pack 2 designs of each sheet. One side is glossy the other side is Matt, they are absolutely beautiful.

For my card I cut a strip that measured 2 inches and adhered that to the left side of the card. The revers of the piece I used had Matt flowers and butterflies which I fussy cut. I added Wink of Stella to the flower and butterfly and placed them near the top of the card.  The sentiment was stamped from the stamp set Humming Along which is one of the retiring stamp sets, so if you would like this stamp set you better order it as soon as possible because once its gone its gone.

Hope you like today's card and are looking forward to seeing the new catalogue which I can tell you if full of lots of lovely.

Until next time, happy Stamping xx

Stampin' Up! Onstage Make and Takes

Hi Crafters,

Hope you have had a good couple of weeks as I have been missing in action for the past week and I am very late to the party with my make and takes from the Stampin' Up! Convention I attended on the 13th April but here they are now.

First off I am excited to say that Paper Pumpkin will be coming to the UK for a one time only debut.  If it all goes well then hopefully we will be getting Paper Pumpkin in the future Yay I so love Paper Pumpkin, and while at Onstage we were given the chance to make a card which will be included in the debut kit which is below, isn't it beautiful.

The kit will be available to order on the 15th May for Demonstrators and customers while stocks last so keep an eye out and I will also keep you informed.

This card is one of the make and takes made using one of the new items from the new catalogue which is due to launch on the 1st June. This stamp set is called Floral Essence and the Designer Series Paper in the background is part of the suite. I really do love this stamp set which also come with a punch to punch out the three leaf flower.

This next card again is a favourite of mine as it can be used for male themed cards. This set is called Sailing Home and again comes with Designer Series Paper a small sample in the background, Dies will come with this suite to cut out some of the elements and trinkets will be available as can be seen by the little anchor.  This is another stamp set that is on my wish list.

This card is from a stamp set called It Starts with Art, it has Designer Series Paper, which I put on upside down on my card, that's what I get for not checking which way up my card was before sticking :-) Another cute thing in this suite are mini shipping boxes and also washi tape that says Stampin' Up!, how cute is that going to be.

My final make and take is from a stamp set called Free as a Bird, again another favourite of mine. Designer Series Paper will come in the suite, Dies, Ribbon and trinkets. There are a few other items that come with it but you will have to wait until the new Catalogue comes out to see but you will love it.

Well that's it for today but I will be back very soon with more makes.

Until then Happy Stampin xx

Beautiful Bouquet Card

Hi Crafters,

I hope you have all had a good week.

Today I have made a simple card using the Beautiful Bouquet Stamp set and the lovely Rectangle Stitched Framelit dies, one I hope will be carried over to the new catalogue.  Talking of the new catalogue, this coming weekend I will be going to Onstage for all Stampin' Up! Demonstrators where I will get to play with and see some of the new items which will be in the new catalogue, and I will also see what's in the new catalogue I can't wait!! only two days to go so excited!

Lets get back to the card :-)  I used thick Whisper White card stock for all the elements. I cut out the frame using the Rectangle Stitched Framelit dies. I stamped the flowers in Merry Merlot which I stamped off once to get a lighter colour, I also used Mango Melody and Gorgeous Grape. The stems were cut out of Old Olive card stock, and the tiny flowers in the background were stamped in Pineapple Punch.

The sentiment was also from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set and I added some basic rhinestones to set it off.

I hope you like today's card and maybe have a go at making one yourself.

Something else I must mention, the Big Shot machine and our Stampin Trimmer will no longer be featured in our new catalogue, replacements will be coming out to cover these items but will be at a later date after the launch of the new catalogue, so if you would like either of these items, you can still get them while stocks last up until the new catalogue and maybe on the clearance rack.

While I am at Onstage I will try and post some sneak peaks of items that we can share on my Instagram page, claudettecambridge (@Crafty Claudette), so keep an eye out for any notifications from me if you are following me.

Happy Stampin until next time xx

Fancy Tag using Wonderful Romance Bundle

Hi Crafters,

Hope you have had a good week, a little late today but here it is :-)

Today I decided to make a tag using the Wonderful Romance Bundle, this is such a beautiful stamp set with framelits, one I hope gets carried forward in the new Catalogue.

I cut a piece of Sahara Sand card stock at 2 inches to fit into the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I then cut into the beautiful Floral Romance Speciality Designer Series Paper which is a vellum sheet, (gorgeous) at 2 inches to cover the tag.

I then used Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz card stock to cut out the leaves and the leaf trellis from the Wonderful Romance Framelits. I cut out the oval again from the Framelits from Whisper White Card stock and stamped the sentiment in Pear Pizzazz.

I then used some of the Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon with some Old Olive Bakers twine and hung one of the Leaves Trinkets off the bakers twine, and sprinkled a few basic gems to make it look pretty.

All in all I have used a few different items on today's project but I love how it turned out.

I hope you like and maybe have a try at making one of your own.

Until next time.

Happy Stampin xx
