Mini Wedding Album

Hi Crafters,

Today I am showing you a commissioned wedding album for a colleague at work from another colleague. I was told the colour scheme of the bride to be so went ahead with making it. With various mini album tutorial on Pinterest I went ahead with my creation.

I used wallpaper for the cover as that was the largest piece of paper I could find to cover it without having a seam.  I used Stampin' Up products throughout the album on the pages.  Items used were the  Bloomin Hearts Thinlits, First Sight stamp set, Labels Collection Thinlits (retired), Mint Macron card stock and ink as her theme is sage green and mint macaron was the closest, Mint Macron dotted lace (retired), very vanilla card stock, Itty Bitty Acent Punch set (retired) and last of all Wink of Stella, oh yes a Martha Stewart deep edge punch. and some other non SU Dies.

I added 10 pages inside with various pockets and flaps, each page has a pocket to the end with a photo mat for journaling or photos.  The finished album was well received by my colleague, and the bride to be still has not seen it as she does not get married until the 20th August, with all the excitement from all her colleagues after seeing the finished product, I am surprised she does not know about it, but I know she will be very happy with it when it's presented to her on her wading day, as the lady who asked for it will be following her around taking photos and memorabilia on the day to fill it up before presentation.

Below are some photos of the finished product.

I like making mini albums but hate to have to give them away once finished, but I know the receiver will be very happy with my creation.

Hope you like the finished product, bye for now, happy Stampin x

Card Commissions

Hi Crafters,

This is going to be short post today, here are a couple of cards I have been commissioned to do using Stampin' Up! items. I hope you like them.

This one is for a 60th Wedding Anniversary, I got the idea off Pinterest. I used the softly falling embossing folder and mounted it onto the card base. I added glimmer paper to the top and bottom of the embossed card. I used the satin organza ribbon we supply and for the hearts I used the sweet heart punch and used a retired heart from the circle card thinlits die to cut the out the centre of the heart. The wording was done in sliver with a minc machine.

This one is for a 40th Birthday, again i got the idea from Pinterest.  I used the number of years stamp set and dies. I used Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper, retired birthday bouquet DSP and Mint Macaron card stock.

That's it for now, but i will be back soon with another post,

Happy Stamping x
