Forever Blossoms

Hi Crafters, hope you are all well.

Today I have made a Birthday card using the Forever Blossoms stamp set along with Dandelion Wishes .

For this I used Basic White card stock for the base which I randomly stamped with a stamp from the Dandelion Wishes stamp set as a background using Smokey Slate ink stamped off.

I then stamped the small flowers from the Forever Blossoms stamp set onto Highland Heather and Purple Posy card stock using the corresponding ink to stamp. As I didn’t get the Purple Posy ink pad I used the Stampin Write Marker pen from the In Colours pack of pens to ink up the stamp. I then cut out the flowers using the coordinating Cherry Blossom Dies, I put a Basic Rhinestone in the centre of each of the flowers to make them pop a little.

I stamped the leaves onto Mossy Meadow card stock using Mossy Meadow ink and again using the dies from the Cherry Blossoms dies to cut the leaves out.

I stamped the sentiment which is from a retired stamp set with Memento Black which I layered with the die from Tasteful Labels and the scalloped circles from the layering circles dies.

I used the dies from the Forever Blossoms set to cut out some vellum pieces which I mounted behind the circles with some Polka Dot Ribbon and some of the Gold twin from the Forever Greenery ribbon bundle.

I hope you like it until next time, Happy Stampin xx.

Forever Gold Laser-cut Speciality Paper

Hi Crafters, hope everyone is ok and well.

I’m back again with another beautiful card and today I used the Forever Gold Laser-cut Speciality Paper, it is so pretty and very versatile.

For the base I used Thick Basic White card stock, I then layered some Gold Foil card stock on top of that with another layer of basic white card stock. I then layered one of the Forever Gold Laser-cut panels on top of that and used Soft Sea Foam and Mint Macaron Blends to colour in the leaves.

I stamped the sentiment in Old Olive ink from the Heal Your Heart Stamp set which is free during Sale-a-Bration with a £45 order. I used the Stitched So Sweetly dies to cut it out and put some of the Forever Greenery Thread behind it to finish it off.

I coloured some Basic Pearls with the Bronze Blend and scattered them in various places on the front of the card.

Another simple card to make with very little effort that looks amazing.

Just a note, Sale-a-Bration runs until the end of this month, so if you want to get your hands on the stamp set i used to make this card just place an order in my online shop to the value of £45 and then you can choose the stamp set for free or anything else that might take your fancy from sale-a-bration while it is still available.

I hope you like the card and that it has inspired you, until next time, Happy Stampin xx

Whiskey Business

Hi crafters, it’s that time again another lovely card ☺️

Hope everyone is doing well as can be expected in this current climate. Today I have yet another card for a man inspired by Mary K Shields.

I used the stamp set Whiskey Business which I stamped onto Whisper White card stock with Black Memento ink. I coloured the drink with Light Pumkin Pie and Dark Mango Meledoy blends. I went over the ice cubes with some Wink of Stella which you can’t really see in the photo. I used my Scan n Cut to cut out the decanter and glass, cheating I know, but if you can why not☺️

I used Basic Black card stock for the base tent style and layered some Mossy Meadow card stock on top. I cut four panels of basic black which were layered with some of the World of Good DSP one side was black with gold squares the other was mossy meadow.

I then cut another piece of basic black with mossy meadow layered on top and stamped the cheers to you from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set. I used in versamerk ink and heat embossed it with black embossing powder which is not a Stampin' Up! product, but I am hoping they will add black embossing powder to the range.

Another nice and simple card for a man with not much to doto make it.

I hope you like it, until next time Happy Stampin xx

Beautiful World

Hi crafters, hope you are all well. Today I have decided on a Mans card as we all know its hard to find cards for men!!

Well today I have used the Beautiful World stamp set and co-ordinating dies along with some of the Designer Series Paper that goes with it, here we go.

I decided I would try a DL card for a change, the base of the card is Very Vanilla card stock. I layered some Early Espresso card on top and then chose some of the World of Good DSP using the side that has some faded wording on it. The other side is blue with gold foiling on it that will be another card at some stage.

I used the co-ordingating dies to cut out the globe holders and the gold strip behind. The gold strip cuts out pieces from your card stock leaving an indentation, so I decided to cut it out completely so it looked like it does in the picture.

See my sample below of what it looked like before I trimmed it down.

I stamped the globes onto Very Vanilla card stock with Soft Suede ink and cut them out with the layering circle dies that best fit the globe.

I punched the sentiment out using the Tailored Tag punch and also punched out an Early Espresso piece which was cut in half so it could be layered behind the Very Vanilla piece.

I added some clear apoxy gems which I coloured with the Bronze Stampin blend, I hope you like it and that it gives you some inspiration for a  mans card.

Until next time, Happy Stampin xx
